Built in the early 1860’s, The Ranch House at Teravista
was the family home of Thomas Jefferson Caldwell and his
descendants for six generations. An enduring symbol of this
area’s proud farming and ranching heritage, The Ranch House
has been lovingly restored to provide a place where families or
colleagues can gather. Inside, the original cypress trim lends a feeling of timelessness to the elegant ranch-style furnishings. Cozy rooms with fireside seating provide the perfect setting for special moments. Outside, the original limestone exterior overlooks lushly landscaped gardens, a fire pit, and pavilion. Once surrounded by pastures, The Ranch House at Teravista is now enveloped by a scenic, award-winning Golf Club. Laid out on gently rolling terrain, Teravista Golf Club has sweeping vistas extending more than 30 miles to the west. The Ranch House at Teravista offers a beautiful one-of-a-kind meeting or wedding venue where you can immerse yourself in 150 years of history, as you build history of your own. Our experienced, In-House Catering Professionals offer a wide variety of menu choices for sit-down dinners, buffets, and cocktail receptions. We are happy to customize our menus to suit your vision of the perfect private party, corporate event, wedding, or rehearsal dinner. Open bar and cash bar arrangements are available. Our fees are as flexible as our menus. You can select any part of The Ranch House at Teravista for your event, from the entire house and grounds, to a single room or the garden pavilion. Our rental fees include essentials such as tables, table settings, most chairs and linens. Upon request, specialty items such as centerpieces and extra chairs can be provided for additional fees. The Ranch House at Teravista has presided over many changes since the 1860s, but few changes have been more dramatic than the recent blossoming of this location into a regional hub of fine living, shopping, healthcare, and education.
